if the dorm wasnt state sponsored an appartment would probably cost around 1000€
i get 850€/month by state, and need to pay 50% of my debt back (or 10.000 maximum), very comfortable life i think

Having your own house is awesome tbh. Even though all the housework is tiring at times, the freedom you have is just great. It's much more expensive than the dorm, but I stay with my brother so its not that expensive in the end. Im so glad i never had to suffer through a dorm.
