Well, probably that in normal games you have a hidden MMR above 3700, but you didnt raise your MMR since your calibration too much.

SO basically you are a better player now, but for some reason you cannot grind MMR

Nope! I lose almost every ranked game even though I have a lower mmr! I think its some kind of mental blockage, like pressure from the ranked games ruin my performance!
Could be, I dont know.

skill bracket depend on mmr
if you have VHS in NMM and NS in RMM, it just means ur "normal" mmr is lower than 3.2, and your hidden mmr in normal games is above 3700. They do not depend on each other, so it´s rather usual.

You've played less games then me, got a lower win rate then me, but you are in high/very high skill

I DON'T GET IT! It must be to do with calibration (maybe because I calibrated 3 years after you did?)
Or there is something I don't understand xD
