In very vague terms we have Normal, High, and Very High skill brackets and hero average winrates are distributed throughout all of the above, but there are quite a few heroes that are only viable in low skill matches and heroes that only Higher skill players can learn to master.
Heroes like Oracle or Wisp who if a casual player were to look at their winrate would think the hero were too weak, in reality have very high potential the higher a player's skill is, or heroes like warlock who have a very high winrate overall, but may not be as strong in high skill matches as he is in lower skill matches.
In short it would be interesting to see not only a hero's average winrate, but their winrate in each skill bracket so an average person on Dota Buff can see how well a hero does in each respective bracket.
