it never affects gameplay directly, although might ahve a very low indirect psychological impact.
Well, all cosmetic with taunt, are literally pay to have a slightly easier life, since you can hide animation via the taunt.
There's some stupid cosmetic that make your heroes look like an other (special mention pa/qop) which helps a lot.
All cosmetic that change your animation are also pay to have a little advantage (hiho new immortal of sf).
But else they have no impact...
exept of the tinker immortal, since it change the sound of travel, so you don't even need to check the color of the one tping, you know it's tinker.
an enemy can also only see your pet if you are also visable to them, meaning that it can never give away your position and not Pay2Lose
I think the only real "pay2lose" items are tinkers immortals. The boots let you know it is him right away. And his helmet makes his robots easier to see coming/etc.
having a shit follow you around is infuriating try m clicking your ally next time for similar results
I kinda' hate Rhasta's immortal wand on enemies because it's effect looks too much like haste.
Well, if you really liked a cosmetic you wouldn't care about that small of a gameplay impact anyway.

Items like pugna immortal ward, crescent arrow, pets and etc., does it really affects the gameplay or it is just a saying? Is cosmetics sometimes affects the gameplay?
