necro is probably the strongest hero in this game right now cuz of agha + that item decreasing cooldown on items + glimmer cape

im pretty sure anyone can get 6.5k~ solo mmr with it, you can jungle and get 4-5 minute midas with this hero so laning isn't that important

its just a theory and ive only seen the hero played 2-3 times this patch, we're talking about a 30-40 sec ulti preventing buybacks.

u can stack ancients with just a qb, you wont need anything else

i'd probably safe lane with this hero and get boots basi dagon lv.1 dagger glimmer cape agha etc

imo glimmer cape's introduction is a nerf to necro.

P.S. Imo Necrophos is currently WEAKEST hero in the game, female player. His only strentgh is Reaper, and glimmer cape plus lack of one--core-hero picks make him absolutely useless.

My suggestions are foocused on high 4k-low 5k bracket, in which he's actually playing. Necrophos can be much stronger in Normal Skills, but I dont think I should have taken NS bracket into account here, eh?

Go for lone druid with aghs. Its super fun and gives you some micro practice as well. I was always a big fan of that hero but feeling that hero needed a rework. I got my wish now, with aghs its super fun to play with.

Necro isn't a stomper like a couple of versions back, but its far from weak, granted is not a great offlaner/mid pick since a tanky offlaner or a storm mid for ex will be much more valuable to the team, but as a 4 or carry is still good (octarine aghs is lethal if done fast enough). The dagon build is garbage tho, if your team doesnt actually play around it and has some sort of push to take advantage, it takes away too much money that can be used for a item that gives hp+utility (bs mek oct aghs etc)

sf either u get fat at mid , or git rekt and just hide in the woods , farm , and you better pray for icefrog's comeback mechanics.

the problem here is this new item, glimmer's cape. It's cheap and gives 66% magic immunity immediatly. So, you reaper some1, and enemies instantly use glimmer on ur target. It cuts damage by 2/3, so in order to kill some1, he should be very low.
Reaper's animation is slwo enough to let any player use glimmer, no matter how good his reaction is.
Aghs is not that cool as well, because it's aimed on single important targets. However, in current patch core heroes are less important than they were, and supps became more powerful. Enemy team can push or def w/o carry or midlaner without problems.
