He's still strong, just not stupid strong.
The Shrapnel nerf was the best thing they could've done for them imo.

I played one sniper game post patch and still won yall think he's nerfed to bad to play or is he still viable I just like the fact that he is my best mid hero and bad mids seem to be the fastest way to lose and good mid play fastest way to win.
