for alch I think it means if he picks up a bounty rune, instead of getting 50 gold + 2g/minute, he gets 4 x his bonus gold amount. so if greed has max stacks, which is 36g and you get a bounty that's 144g
edit: actually i think the 0 min rune gives 400g instead of 100, and runes give 200g + 8g/minute, that's way simpler
also mud golems got fucked over so now tinker can farm them :)

Actually if alch is in the game, tiny can get 8 slotted by using consuming moonshard.
Kinda disappointed in the lack of troll nerfs, but so many other heroes got buffs that its hard to say if he will be as strong.
LC aghs is hilariously awesome. Bone7 buff
new items are really cool but a few look OP. Silver edge will ruin carries and is easy build up. Octarine core might make several int heroes like zeus and Leshrac absolutely OP if they can farm the item. Lotus orb + octarine core on lesh might make that hero an immortal killing machine. 25% lifesteal off spells is insane for those two combined with 25% cooldown reduction. Zeus ulti will be like a eating cheese by itself.

Techies Aghanim's Scepter upgrade now causes the Minefield Sign to make all Land Mines, Stasis Traps and Remote Mines within 125 area of effect immune to True Sight. Can only have one sign out at a time

new items seem pretty cool. the cd reducer / spell lifesteal sounds amazing on so many int heroes. OD seems like the best hero to benefit from this

and who'd be a good carrier for the lotus orb
I feel this will be a INT carry patch with late game AOE supports who can actually get farm. Or Carries that can cast nuke-ish spells.

Octarine Core now makes INT carries viable
Octarine Core:
Passive: Cooldown Reduction - Reduces all cooldowns by 25%
Passive: Spell Lifesteal - Restores health for a percentage of any damage dealt from spells. 25% from heroes, 5% from creeps
Heroes with a lot of nuke like Lina, Zeus, SM, Leshrac carry should be insane
Ag Scepter for OD seems kinda weird now. It turns it into a lockdown spell as well after the hydrogen bomb nuke?

Invoker is going to want that Octarine Core so hard now. OD could probably replace Refresher Orb with it too.
Im baffled that nobody pointed out Naga radiance aghs...
This meta is getting back to rat and radiance now applies 17% miss chance, which means better at illusion push but also in team fight.
PLUS she will farm that aghs real fast and then stop the 5v5 heal the team to reset their hp, get better positioning then fight goes on with the 17% miss chance.
Gaddamn.
I like this patch, it's really different which is what everyone's been bitching about forever isn't it? That dota2 is stale, same fucking heroes over and over, same lanes etc?
My only gripe is it looks like they want to kill jungling off even more, while it already kinda sucks. Stout shield nerf, quelling blade nerf.
The troll and sniper nerfs look appropriate as well.
I'm sad ck and dk didn't get better buffs to help their farm and mana issues but it's better than nothing I guess. Don't really get the silencer nerfs but whatever.

Use Nightmare on a LC with Aghanim's dueling someone like a support to make him lose hilarious amounts of time if left alone.
Hey, wait a sec, if Undying's zombies no longer have an actual HP, does that mean that physical damage abilities like Counter Helix, Anchor Smash and Quill Spray no longer work on them?
Found a glitch with silver edge: the "break" ability procs when the attack has started not when it hits. This means you can constantly create the break ability when repeatedly cancelling the attack.
Found that centaur doesn't give a shit about the new lotus orb. When Centaur uses double edge on a unit affected by lotus orb he actually deals 2 double edge damage to the target while only taking 1 instance of double edge damage on himself.
