do you even realize how cancerous that is in pubs? i wouldn't want some barely 5k person every game picking some low impact trash and then whine about how his team isn't doing anything

I've noticed that people who are chronically in LPQ (bogidota for ex.) are also people who I would likely report for picking spectre safelane and then going 0-5 by 15 min and having 0 impact throughout the match.
LPQ working as intended. :D
