carry quelling blade for as long as possible, when you get rid of quelling blade, don't sell it. drop it in roshan, and when u do roshan, swap QB with teleport because 32% damage means rosh takes 25% less time (1.32^-1), which makes a pretty big difference.
switch lanes often. if you're dire on safe lane then you should farm bottom lane + enemy jungle after you have taken top tier 1. if you farm top lane then you waste 10-15s going from radiant t2 back to your jungle.
You are wasting time doing nothing. Hence you can't reach 700GPM. Being a good carry doesn't mean you will always get 700GPM+ sometimes 500GPM can already be good.
That game you only had 260 cs on a 50min game, which is quite low.
My latest gyro game:
http://www.dotabuff.com/matches/1231755958
210 cs at 30min for example.
or to take it to your late game:
http://www.dotabuff.com/matches/1181516457
420 cs at 50min.
But you shouldn't go afk farm. As you can see in my storm game i had the highest kill participation. Don't go afk farm somewhere and focus on 700GPM+ but help out your team whenever you can.
There was a recent post about the efficiency of ancients vs normal creeps, if you can time jungling to kill a camp near mid by :44 ish you can get a ton of money by stacking the ancients and killing them with mom
Keep in mind pushing ur creep wave into the tower and killing the closest camp with mom (rad medium camp in this case) can net you +3-4 cs per min

In this game i played safelane Jugg and have a 648 GPM stat. Not so bad but the important thing here is in this game, i have a ton of space to farm, just like my team provided me a whole universe of creeps. I tried my best, farming non-stop at some point of time, trying to use my MoM and phase as much efficient as possible, use them every single time i move from camp to camp or camp to lane. I tried to dont waste any second starring at creep, clear creep waves, go to the jungle, clear the jungle and run as fast as possible to lane to clear creepwave. I saw in some pros game, the carry have 700 or even 800 gpm just by mostly hitting creeps. I tried my best but i still dont know where i'm wrong and i can't go beyond my ~650 gpm for creep farming.
Captain, please help, how can i farm more efficienct?
Anw, sry for my toxic english.
