No. But since damage types got reworked, Urn does remove Refraction.

Refraction ignores damage instances under 5, so Orb of Venom will just go through (unless you have a ton of damage/magic amplification).

It cant be used to prevent TA from blinking with refraction on, because poison sting is being ignored by Blink dagger, too.

oov does disable dagger through refraction, although only when the tick kicks in which is 1sec~ after attack i think

Does this mean that if you have HUGE ARMOR and creeps attack you and deal 5 damage you won't lose charges? Maybe huge armor + vanguard? Whenever vanguard procs you don't lose shield?

idk how much armor u haz to have in order to have creep damage neglected to sub 5 per hit

and why in the fucking world would even consider buying vanguard on ta anyway

Just to test this out. I'd never do it in a game or have done it. (feel free to check that up, haha) :)

medallion + crimson guard + plate mail at level 7 gets you enough damage reduction to pretty much ignore lane creeps with your shield...hell of an investment though...and if ranged roll on the high end of damage they'll still pop charges. No actual use in stacking armor other than this though...Impossible to get your damage reduction high enough for a player's damage outside of active crimson guard. Though even then you'll only be ignoring the role 4/5's auto attacks...

Important thing: refraction is NOT popped by dodged attacks. That means a butterfly is very strong on TA.

^^ vanguard alone will stop most of your refraction loss to creeps, people used to get PMS + stout on her in lane also to doge the creed damage once their armor was high enough.

keep in mind that I haven't seen this since I was sub 2k trash, so this "meta" is pretty useless if you are just better at controlling creep agro.
