i really dont know, maybe you're not completely used to the hero yet.Since meepo is a intensive-micro hero and you need to be able to multitask quite well.

@Riouds im sure thats not the problem: if i take my time using my main meepo and move it around its natural, if i double tap f1 and start moving the new one it start to mov in a very weird way stoping the movement idk, its not about microing really fast or anything
maybe a odd conlifct in your settings( a hotkey that you designed for one action hasnt overwritten the previous one?) or maybe something involving Auto attack after spell / auto attack?

Ive been using meepo in my last games and im having this strange feeling when controling a meepo(not the main) im not sure what it is but something isnt right pathing or something my ping is not the problem and main meepo movement feels natural i always assign the second one to f1 dont know if that has anything to do with my problem
