Looks great, thanks for working on that!
Are you planing on doing something for other roles as well (like mid or offlane)?
Or are you going back to the smaller articles with specific topics?
Glanced through looks like its very well written and thorough.
Spells everything out and gives reason why everything is done.
I am not quite sure on which topics i am going to continue. But there will be some nice stuff :D
'Not long ago, people developed a play style which relied heavily on defensive supports. These defensive supports are usually used to safe people when they are engaged to allow a reengage. The UPSIDE is that these supports usually are kind of weak in the laneing phase or fall of during late game.'
Dont you mean downside? or do you mean the upside for the opposing team?
Great work. Pedantic point - in Sections 2.5 & 2.6 you talk about tactical concepts and tactics but really they are strategic concepts and strategies.
I only raise it because you've clearly put a lot of effort in and care about it being definitive.

Hello Dotabuff,
some time has passed since the last part of #ArtofSupport has been released. For now, it has been read over 200k times and I can say that people liked the work.
Now it is time to hand out the last missing piece, the whole 4 part series as an E-Book in form of a PDF document.
