She's countered by 1 item, and yes, it's an expensive and non-ideal item for a lot of carries but one mkb on void or jug or any right click and your entire advantage is gone. She has to snowball or rely on enemy team being stupid and not countering her at all.

Plus no one on your team has mkb to counter butterfly.
