he is focking op dude, HUGE counter to wk abadon (ult) and heroes like that, rlly good with meepo wever (chiling touch) this hero is rlly strong, the only weakness is that he dsnt have a stun unlease he lanes with another stun or good slow. sven wk with aa is rlly good, a is also used in trilanes.
Not underrated nor bad. Everyone knows his potential with the global ult. Along with some good picks to combo with AA, he'll do what he needs.
Also AA can be played as a mid, sadly I'm not an expert on that yet so that's all I got.
aa mid is ok, not too good, the reason its ok is that he can basically gank using his ult, and early ults are very effective, and slow allows you not to get killed by some mid heroes.

He's very strong.
You're in normal bracket, this means the opposite of what your retarded allies say is generally true
He's awesome when he counters enemy heroes (anyone who depends on healing/lifesteal). He's amazing vs void (cold feet when he ults so he has to move). If he doesn't directly counter enemies he's still good just not outright op.
I think his downside though is you don't want him to be your only disabler. He has no stuns, just a crap load of damage. He pairs really well with carries who stun like sven or slardar or with other disabling supports like tide, earthshaker, ogre.
Oh and the issue with him is difficulty. It's hard to line up perfect ults all the time. He probably suffers in your bracket cus of that, cus most players suck with him and landing his ult.
i can play aa fine, and i dont fucking map hack, any hro can escape with dagger lol.
I play AA a lot, starting in mid or laning. The trick you have to learn early on is that you have to hang back from the fights, cast your spells and do ranged attacks from the back. Use alti to initiate, or just after fight began (no healing from ulti sucks in a group fight) and from mid to late game be careful with chilling touch as the slow counter part to the extra damage is not always a good thing in a team fight.
Mid AA deny and last hit as best you can, place cold feet every now and again on enemy hero, this keeps them away from creeps but stay close to tower so that they don't straight out attack you. Once you have ulti, gank from mid but don't move out of lane.
Best AA mid result for me was 10/2/13 game only lasted 23 minutes we won.
Best AA result 11/5/36 I think.
I always buy Mana boots and ulti stick and wards in between, sheep stick is also a good option and refresher if you've lots of gold just laying around.
I've been running AA a lot in my drafts with the local team. I have to say he is exceptional with any hero that has a strong global presence. Spectre + AA is amazing, since a good ult from both can result in a double or triple casualty with ease. And his third skill is underrated, while his first one is overrated (seriously, don't even skill that shit past 1st point until later on).

exactly agree, there was a period when he was op and everyone was picking him, then he got mini nerf and he is rare pick now, but I think he is still op.

Yeah sorry but i'm back again to annoy you all with another annoying question haha but i enjoy talking to you guys and consider you the experts so i value your opinions.
So i played as Ancient Apparition in my second to last game and the whole team gave me S**T for picking him. By the end of the game i'd gained more assists than anybody else and a fair amount of kills for Ancient Apparition, with only 2 deaths. So i'm curious what your opinions are on Ancient Apparition and how you find him as a hero. I personally like him and think as a support and partial initiator he does a pretty good job.
