Well i have that problem since the first day i started playing dota 2 man. Like my last game i finished the game got my mmr point and than it said this game is currently safe to leave and now i ve been forced the restart steam :D.
i get the safe to leave shit a lot.
also most of the times i can' view profiles.
this started happening since like a couple of days ago
it is annoying idd.
>queue game
>click on profile
>lose network
>restart dota
>4 minute timeout for not accepting game...
Wat.
1. Join a 2 man stack.
2. Wait for Dota network to go down.
3. Wait for it to come back.
4. Ranked no longer requires lvl 13!

is this just me? for the last2 days i can barely invite ppl, accept party invites, dont receive battle points at the end of certain games, cant check profiles ("Failed to retreive profile data"), cant queue for games, if i get throught i cant accept them this is fucking stupid
