Are you asking what redneck dota is or who rednecks are? Rednecks originally were farmers because they work outside their necks get sunburned, hence redneck. Today the term is taking to mean any southerner and generally associated with stupidity. Look up jeff foxworthy redneck jokes.

Redneck dota, Its like Russian dota, except they speak English, but the accent is so strong you still cant understand them. Basically its drunk Merican white people playing on cheep/free internet, queuing for all game modes, servers, and languages for faster games, spewing chewed up corn dog on their screens as they rage racism over their microphones.
What the Number 12 said happened to me several times.
I was playing in south american server and there was a couple of americans (not sure thought) speaking fast, flaming, shit talking and saying some racist phrases to some spanish dudes who felt insulted and started to yell at the phone as well and then I had to mute everyone to have peace, we lost).
I reported them all of course and Valve reported that they applied the suitable punishment few days later, thanks volvo.
I must have a very bad luck, my friends said that this has never happened with them, just me and the latins servers are already full of bad manners and when I finally find a foreigner he acts in the same way or worse, sad. :'(
