I have the same issue with my "i" key, to fix it I copy some "i" in another word and then if I want to write a word with "i" inside I just paste it.
I have the same issue with "c" and some other keys (can't remember), but only when I play from Linux OS.
Even as a legacy key "O" is kind of rare if I remember correctly. And even without an "o" most people will understand what you wrote anyway.
I think Valve testing new feature. In next patch teams will be able to ban not only heroes, but some keys as well. =)))

my ''o'' key isnt working ingame, i cant type it in that ingame dota 2 chat. Now i alt tab and press ''o'' anywhere else and it works.
Why cant i use my o key in word guys, i wouldnt care if it was a z, i need my vocals.
