potm (ult ---> no dust in enemy)
bristle (turn around, spam w, win game)

worst:
Lina ( people just dont understand cast point)
meepo (feeders 100% of the time)
NPs who buy lothars

Dunno about the best, but worst are Sniper, Drow and BS.

Viper (Causes he fucking boring and seems extremely pointless)
Lion (He has a nyx stun, A shadow shaman Hex, and a Lina Ult. Just a cluster fuck of things we already have)
Sniper (Another boring hero and really silly looking. Kind of makes Dota seems LoLy)

Slark: It's just imbalance,nerf coming in next patch for sure
Terrorblade: deal to many dps when morph.

Worst:
Earth Spirit(after the buff it is trash hero)
Phoenix( Ultimate total useless, after his 2nd skill changed into 4 fire spirit deal dmg seperately, this hero is worthless)
Goblin Techie (Thats why we dont have this hero in dota2) :D

For pubs Viper slark and Bristle
(so many better mids->) Pudge Sniper and meepo
