Same issue but i have worse version of it.It was like 140 ms and 70-80 in east.Now it goes over 500 ms in west.Sadly no solution...
I had some problems with ping + huge packetloss at eu west some time ago myself. In the meantime I played @ Russia and the guys there seem to be nice to talk with. They do communicate (at least he guys I got teamed with, mostly.)
I had around 250ms+25% packetloss on EU W at this time, normally 50+0%.
It got fixed by itself after a patch. You could possibly ask Havoc the Badboy as he also had the problem.

this lsat week i constantly get ~140 in ping on Eu West and well its weird cause im from norway and it was usually around 70 even 40 if i was lucky...i oping to russia and Eu East and i get normal ping over there.... so yes anyone else? xd way to fix it mby? volvo fucking with me?
