Veno has a 56-59% winrate against OD. The best aginst worst against top 5 is apparently not very accurate.

You don't level wards? The wards are what makes the dude op.
Also, I think arcane on veno is a must. He doesn't have the mana to cast all of his spells, especially if he has a mek.
