General DiscussionDoes anyone else get set off by losers saying "gg ff"

Feeding makes me even madder.
I think it's really negative to say that, and it makes me sad to play with people with that mentality, but to actively try to punish it makes it even less fun for everybody involved.

What should I say when it's 10-40 after 20min.

its usually the fucking noobs that say gg

bit of both if some noob in my team is getting destroyed in ez lane and says "gg finish" in first 15 mins i just mute them and carry on but sometimes u just have retarded teammates not communicating at all and not contributing i will ask the enemy to finish so i dont have to waste my time with these people

My last game as Venge is a case in point. We were 18 - 4 down I think it was at one stage, our long lane raped by a gyro, SF getting kills, towers dropping, all going wrong. Me taking around 10 minutes to go from level 6.5 to 8, wandering round aimlessly...just bad.

We're down around 8000 XP and almost 10,000 gold. (yes I downloaded the replay and stayed up far too late watching it...tired in work now and it's like totally not my fault)

Then one good team fight and...then another...and then another and we wipe the floor with them in the end. Having a Void who did ok farming helped a lot of course, but some people definitely give up too easily.

Obviously there are games where it's over, (10-40 after 20 mins being a good example Wit.Hin_T), but I rarely give up completely.

no but i feel like it makes my win less important
and when my teammate calls gg ff i usually know its rly gg because he isnt going to perform on any decent level from that point on
it makes me a bit sad especially if he has rly low amount of wins

It's probably the only thing that makes me mad in dota. Like, you know, I feel like I have a good shot at carring this game and the worst player in team says "gg ff" and starts to play even worse, or even goes afk and makes everybody else feel the same.

I just had a game there as tinker where the visage complained from the beginning that it was GG. He then proceeded to state he was just giving up and fed all game. Can we please get rid of these people?

i feel if the whole team is in agreement that it is a gg then calling a gg is not a bad thing it saves time...

they had the option in most dota 1 bots for a while then it was removed because it only caused problems (if someone does not agree with the GG call a shitstorm comes).

anyway, what can you do if everyone else decide it's over,? 1v5?, farm jungle ?
