Well, you don't quite need to be TI3 skill level to maintain over 50% winrate...but you do need to be at least occasionally on the best team in the que for your region and mode etc.
If you don't at least sometimes reach the "best team in the que" level then over time you will drift back to 50%. If you are a few % over 50 on lots of games that sort of gives you an indication of how often you are on the #1 team in the que (matching region and mode and language preference).
Everyone else will go to 50% because the games will get harder until you lose. If you want to get harder games via playing against better players you need to que with a team of 5. Otherwise there are often not better players in the que to put on your team...so matching is stuck making your game harder by giving you feeders instead.
That is how it works. I'm not saying it's good...I'm just saying that's how it is. Try to develop enough contacts that you are able to play games with 5 people as much as possible.

I really don't have much time to coordinate planned games with 4 other people , I have like 3-4 hours to play a day on weekdays and I'm not sure I'll find 4 other people who are free at the same time you know what I mean? I don't know man I just really can't take this anymore , my last match (the one where I posted screenshot) was like my final cry for help , I mean how can I get people who pick sven and omni call top and send me bot then feed along with traxex mid who died 4 times in first few mins , I seriously don't understand how. I am seriously convinced if I am put with players my skill level and players against me with same skill level I can reach high , but with this shit man.. idk I am very competitive and hate losing , especially when it is 0% my fault like am match.
I can deal with occasional shit , not constant shit , been on a long double lose streak for no apparent reason. I'd rather have ELO matchmaking than this.
they just dont want to add rating brackets so shit like that is bound to happen til this game dies
well, it happens more often than anyone could care to admit because of the human element, I can play average and get 50% win rate, but if I want to try hard I will win a game 80% of the time... also if I play drunk or high I will probably lose more...

bro you're in normal bracket. people do dumbshit all the time. if you're solo queuing, expect dumbshit in normal bracket. like seriously lol. Don't expect your bracket games to be similar to professional games or high tier games. If you think you're in high bracket or what not. Create new account and take advantage of anti-smurf system and try to get into vh or high. In a week or two, if you're still in that bracket, then congratulations. Hope you find some better teammates. Until then, normal bracket players are usually retarded as fk. Most of em.
if you play for the win pick a hero u master go on a solo lane and crush ur oppo. if ur not good enough to do that dont make treads about how bad ur allies are

Now I hate doing this because I know there are like a 10000 threads about this but seriously what the fuck? take a look at my previous match(es) , everytime i go on a winning streak , i get placed with mentally challenged people and put on a lose streak , it seems like the match making system is designed to keep you at 50% winrate unless you are at ti3 skill level to carry your team .... Everytime i go on a winstreak i get put with people who have like 3 games maximum or something (probably low winrate) and enemy team is VERY well coordinated , I solo que and get put against a 5 man premade ... WTF is going on last match i was furion match lasted 67 mins I was basically a 1 man army team kept fucking being retards all game. Anybody has the same prob?
