since you already did all this, could you care to explain how the Hero Score is calculated?

I'm not quite sure if I am honest. My personal guess would be, that they take the DBR of you and of the enemys you play against, mix it somehow up with the KDA and win/loss and the outcome are those points.

I have 30 games with weaver and higher win rate than 90% of that list. I've no clue how the list gets determined.

The list gets determined by the level of bracket of MMR you play in. For example someone with very high(top "99.9%") MMR can get into the list easier because they're playing against more "Experienced players". But most of the players that are on the top MMR page in live games, are simply there because they have over 1k wins or stack with friends. The list is not 100% accurate , maybe 10/50 players can actually be called the "best" of that hero, while the other 40 people simply got lucky and made it to the list. Also i've seen live games in the front page , but some of those players are dam awful , they only got there because they have like thousands of games played.

The match MMRS + kda is calculated into your hero score, dunno how DB does it, but I am 100% sure the MMR extremely matters.

+According to your DB file your weaver only has 73% WR

What was your DBR 6 months ago? Mine was only 1800 something...even if I won 100% on a hero it would not make that top list because DBR is too low. You have to have at least 2000+ to have a chance.

I'm usually in Very High games, but not often first page and I barely win over half of them. You need to be someone who is often on the #1 team in the que to get scores high enough to be in that top 50 list. If you look through it many of them are verified pro players.

Anyway your team is rated near 4k MMR, similar to mine. That means the average MMR of the players is also near 4k. But the very best players are 5K. So you would have to have far better stats to make up for the lower rating to get equivalent overall scores.

My winrate for Lich is 85%, higher than anyone on the list, but I'm not it because being in the lower end of Very High the games just don't count for as many points.

Yeah anyone who doesn't have insanely high MMR doesn't stand a chance to be listed, for example I have a nice winrate/KDA with Tinker but even if I had 80% and 10 KDA I wouldn't make it (my DBR is something like 1950)

1950 is sufficient with those stats.

Then let's go for 80% win :p
