Alliance Finally Lost a Series in General Discussion
Totentanz to The King: M ...

I was expecting Relentless to create such a thread but looks like he is not there. Anyways somebody finally could defeat Alliance. Even though it was a bo1 it was still impressing. Relentless what do you think about this bro? Give me teh walls!!

    kd

      without Loda .. doesn't count

it was bo3 btw ... (yesterday vs Mouz) .. and that standin fuc*ed 1st game with spectre bigtime .. 2nd and 3rd he played decent but .. with loda it would be different

Sorry, I didn't watch it. Mouz has been playing very well. They are really coming together with the new Synderen brand of Mouz. But I have to agree with kd...its like saying the 1996 Bulls lost with Michael Jordan on the bench...Lod[A] is not replaceable.

Well I actually didn't watch it either. I just know it from D2L. And since all of the TPL matches were bo1 I thought this would be bo1 too. And I didn't know about Loda not being there either. But I actually hope to see a mouz vs Alliance TI3 final.

Alliance suxing vs Na'Vi atm ...

i highly doubt mouz will make it to the finals of ti

Now Navi just beat Alliance 24-4 in 24 min. That is something. Of course it is only one game. But Navi played really well. They had lost the previous 4 times when facing Alliance, but this time they had everything going. Excellent Chen army ganks by Puppey really controlled this game and Kuroky hit a fair number of light strike arrays with no set up stun. So many clutch heals from Chen baited Alliance into fighting just a bit to long. Dendi puck ganks were also just exactly at the right times to catch heroes when they though they would be safe, but were not. I did not see one fight where I thought Xboct was out of position. Navi did not goof around like they did against Empire, they got ahead and then went straight in for the kill...win fight, get aegis, win again, get rax, win game.

Alliance really wanted to farm-up and were not able to adjust to Navi forcing fights early and often.

I'm really looking forward to seeing if they can carry this level of play on against Liquid in a couple hours. But they have to get past zRage first. zRage just put up a pretty strong performance against Alliance earlier today, but made to many mistakes...while Alliance made very few.

actually the reason alliance played bad today and lost vs navi and mouse was because EGM was playing bad, way below the level he is and demonstrated in the g-1 league finals! Actually he looked like synderen in the early games of ti3 qualis- reason why they were always in the loser brackets!
