No, Valve wants to keep Match Making Rating (MMR) not public. They say MMR is a number that scales from 1 to 100.
I don't mean MMR though, I mean the brackets that you can see in game - normal, high and very high. Is it impossible to see this in dotabuff?
No. Also, what's the point on seeing those brackets? They mean nothing. Good thing is that Valve will implement a visible rating some day.
I want to see them because while they don't give you an accurate idea of someones MMR, they at least give a good estimation (normal: <80%, high: <95%, very high: <100%)

Is it possible to see the skill bracket of players (as in normal, high, very high) in dotabuff? I know I can look it up in game but it's quite inconvenient and would be awesome if I could see it in dotabuff.
