I am sick of you morons acting like I am some type of fucking 14 year old. I have played cames that are much more difficult than dota and done much better. For instance, In starcraft 2 I made it into the top 500 of ladder in the second season of the game. I was nothing special at starcraft, but I could at least admit this to myself because I knew where my own personal skill barrier was. I never made threads on starcraft claiming the game was rigged, because it was a 1v1 fucking game. There is no way to rig a 1v1 game like that outside of maphacks and ddos or some shit like that.
As I mentioned earlier, C+ PGT when I was 12 years old in starcraft one. Nothing special, but most starcraft players werent even good enough to know what PGT was. And most players that knew what it was got D- ranks. Only a handful of people got B+ or higher. I knew I wasnt that great at that game because I could not do better than 120 actual APM.
Dota2 on the other hand is a much easier game. So much easier that they need to rig the MM system to make players feel special.
just because you're reasonably good at one game doesn't mean it translates well into other games. dota is a team game and the sooner you lose this 'i must 1v9 since i'm way better than everyone else' attitude the faster you'll improve

the mmr system works pretty well in my opinion. i made several smurfs and all calibrated between 4,4 and 4,7k mmr. u can get vhs even if ur wr is like 30% before u calibrate. only after calibration the wr matters. u climb with wr>50% -> yeah its that easy. and there is no such thing as manipulated games. sometimes players have bad games, maybe u had 1-2 in ur life too.
