divine and ancient isn't that much different you just have to be skilled as an immortal core player
All roles require skill, climbing through the ranks I’ve definitely noticed games getting more intense and fights getting crazier.
People will punish your mistakes more and more.
I’ve already posted multiple times my tips for getting from ancient to immortal, just look for them on the tips for immortal thread.
Glimmering Sea is probably the highest ranked I know in this forum and he has been helping me with his tips on how to destroy noobs, I mean look at my recent matches, enemy and my team called me a "Booster" 3 matches in a row, before he gave me those tips someone never called me a booster like this
Glimmering Sea can u post the thread here once again please!
Also can anyone give me a number? Divine: 4500??
Thanks Glimmer Sea, that was indeed insightful. most of it I already know, but it is the application I fail at. Usually I rage queue game after game even after losing. Something I need to stop.
The Point about winrate really makes sense. And not respecting buybacks has often resulted in losing. My takeaways from your post.!!
Cheers!!
I got divine on 4700.
You dont see % like most of my Ancients 7 friends for 1 reason. You got Ancient 7 from party mmr. Thats why on mmr distribution chart Ancient 7 is the most crowded medal.
Now you can get your medal from party as well so it should be easier for you. :)
The mmr required is rough, though. I’m almost certain there are additional elements being measured for medals.
Also there seems to be a steady decrease for mmr required over a season as well. But this isn’t the only effect.
i've had great success since i started playing more focused like 2 weeks before the new mmr system, been swapping mid-support roles, mixing carry from time to time, depending on what im comfortable at. i ranked up from ancient 1 to 5 in just 2 weeks and i got my eyes set on divine but had to put a pause since the update. i was just wondering if i still can get to divine through support mmr since the queue is faster, which means more games.
Good to hear. And remember to have hope. ;)
The psychological game is super important.

Guys......I know this is quite a subjective thing when it comes to Matchmaking Rating. But now that the MMR system is changed,
I am seeking some answers from the divine players out there.
At what MMR does one get to see the Divine Medal. I am now in Ancient 7 for weeks and need to know my target to the next bracket.
Thanks for your wisdom in advance.
