Also some of them got their medal luckily when that ridiculous calibration system was introduced, where only win rate mattered. Calibration was cancelled but medals on db remained.
The Medal I thought was current as long as they have their Match data public. if they had a rank then removed Public match data then it would remain id assume? My Medal updates as I play. The MMR on Dbuff doesn't update.
