ruin safelane, take tower minute 7 or so, offlaner can pressure alone with a ward in enemy jungle, help defend your own safelane tier 1?
2 carries, 1 mid, 1 aoe stunner initiator and Chen. One of the carry needs more cc and the other very high physical dmg. also preferably magic burst mid.
People going to pick up on how strong Chen is just from the recall soon.
Recall is strong but his new penitence is absolutely broken, on whatever target is pressed it will be deleted in seconds,

While its true that you cant get army of creeps early in the game and you have to wait until you can even have any usefull creep. His other skills are ridiculously broken when paired up with the right lane partner. You have KOTL recall now permanently, that skill saves lives, strengthens push, creates an upper-hand situation when you dont have it, its very good.

Imagine Chen + Huskar lane, how annoying it is when Huskar gets these buffs? I think Chen has a great potential its just not showing yet, his only flaw is lack of disables or spamable nuke spell that is required from pos 4 heroes in this meta.
Pick Oracle, purge the buff on husk and the debuff on your ally. Disarm if necessary.

Is QW chen actually viable? Durations seem to be high and cooldowns low. Seems like wisp, but better in lane.
^ IT has to be viable because you cant take large camps with your Persuasion until you are level 4
About the Q:
Once gained, the speed buff stays for its full duration, so it can be used against other targets.
Broken : can be used on an ennemy creep before attacking the tower
The speed buff is granted to any allied unit, including buildings and wards.
Broken with death ward as we can see on youtube but I'm curious to see the use case with plague ward or snake wards.
Wait, does it not get refreshed if you keep attacking the target? It lasts for 2 seconds max in any case?
It does get refreshed but you have a linger time of 2 sec upon starting the attack so I guess with some micro and attack cancel you can get the AS buff to attack a tower xD
As i said Chen is stealthily OP, im just parking him in the garage until some doto nerd discovers some broken interaction, so i start spamming him again, my micro-skills are average at best and i managed to get stupid winrate on him in 5k bracket. before the nerf.

^I was refering to a russian 5-man stack as a special phenomenon. The thing is mutual misunderstanding and tilting material that 5man stack is generating once they are all speaking russian and utilizing their anti-social cultural legacies. This is basically like too higher concentration of anything can lead to poison. Having 1 russian does not do the thing simply because no social element to trigger the titling depression of the stack
