i believe if you double tap blink abilities you blink towards your fountain. I know this is true for blink dagger, not sure on am or qop blink.
It happened to me too recently but I thought it was my fault 'cause I probably double tapped without realizing it. Can't tell if it was a bug

Has anyone of you encounter blinking on the place you wanna go then turns out you blinked on the opposite direction? (It cost me a game btw.)
