lc is such a huge make-or-break hero on the first couple engagements. 8damage 160hp is a huge different when ur forced to manfight/tank spell

8str in serious games, where youre actually playing like an offlaner should aka rotate before you get your blink, apply pressure, punish enemy rotations
25exp when you win your lane or when your carry gets stomped and you wanna transition into carry

Honestly. I dont think getting lvl 25 asap to build up 300+ dual damage shoud be part of any gameplan. Always + 8 str on offlane LC for me. Maybe better for LC mid that won her lane hard to snowball even more. But when you die your dead for ages.

situational,but i would say exp is better in most cases
