depends on the bracket u play.. 70% winrate in normal skill translates to:
50 % wr on high skill
and 30% wr on vh skil(depends on the vhskill actuall mmr 3.7k,4k,4.5k,5k,5.5k+ etc.)l

Btw what is a Tanker?
Go 5 stack dota and only queue unranked games and tryhard every game, you don't even have to be particularly good to do this and achieve 70+ winrate.

depends on av. mmr of you all, stack with 4 good teamates otherwise u gonna lose all games versus 5 stacks who are better or coordinate better than your team
Find a way to play a certain hero, which would make you win games.
Don't overextend your hero pool, stick to 4-5 heroes on a single role and find good itembuilds by experimenting.
If you have poor winrates with certain heroes (50% is a poor hero winrate also IMO), then it's just the way you play them wrong. You should always aim at a minimal 53-55 winrate acceptable to consistently play a hero.
70% is unrealistic though, 60% is more like it, considering the fact you're not playing against those insanely below your skill level.
