I am guessing it is because of xpm? because overall the stats kda, gpm, last hits etc. seem to be similar to those of high skilled players when they played normal skilled matches.

ei @cowchop, why my mmr is close to them? they have normal and highskill, while mine is VHS then HS, though some VHS performance are bad
@Chrissy exactly why i said 3.5, play more games, if you consistently get vhs, then surely your mmr will be 3.7 above, even 4k if you tryhard
why do i get VHS when i played at worst? and HS when i played at best
