That sentence makes no sense.

OT: I can feel Toeffelhelten's pain and think that disregarding the selected language should be reportable, as there's a category like "chat abuse", which seems fitting to me... but it's questionable if such reports are actually regarded as a chat abuse by Valve.

You can always mute those players, though, which is what I'm doing with the extreme cases ;-)

Actually, you can report russians talking russian in an english braket. Did it before, got them a mute. So yeah...
