It was almost spot on yesterday, now its like 200 less after winning a game, cool cool. It's a pretty good estimate though.
I think it only works for solo players.
I should be 3k+, but this says I'm 4k+

No it does not count your bot matches. That +/- X mmr means that you will be into that mmr between that +/- X mmr.
If you have 3000 +/- 1500 means that you will be getting not less than 1500 and not more than 3000.

pretty sure that means no more than 4500 (potentially)
when it shows more than 3.2k then you will be placed into High Skill bracket. And when it shows more than 3.8k it will place you to Very High Skill Bracket. Pretty Good website. Thanks to you buddy.
the number after "+/-" sign is variation. it does NOT necesarilly mean that your mmr falls within the interval (estimation-variation, estimation+variation).

Guys i came across a new website where you can see your predicted MMR Of your account. Just log onto it using your Steam account and there you can see your MMR.
